About this course

The quality of our relationships influences the quality of our conversations. This course draws upon evidence based organisational neuroscience to provide leaders with an improved understanding of the key influences of social interaction. This knowledge enables leaders to cultivate environments where team members feel safe, which enables them to engage in effective conversations.

This course is suitable for all leaders or anyone seeking to improve their ability to interact with others.

Maximum number of learners:

To enhance learner participation and engagement a maximum of 24 learners can attend face-to-face and online training sessions.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this training learners will be able to:

  2. Identify the importance of defining leadership deliverables.
  3. Identify the methodology used by some of the world’s highest performing organisations to create high performance environments.
  4. Identify the key organising principles of the brain and how they impact communication.
  5. Identify the limitations of the brains self-regulation network and the potential impact on communication.
  6. Identify the domains that influence social interaction.
  7. Assess self and team against the domains that influence social interaction.
  8. Identify the effect of mirror neurons.
  9. Identify the key strategy used to cultivate greater social connection within teams.
  10. Identify the key stages within the effective conversation model.
  11. Apply the effective conversation model.

Group Training

Full Day face-to-face or 2x 3 hour facilitated online sessions
