The Fair Work Commission has now published draft determinations for updated rates following its national minimum wage increase decision. Employers should review the draft determinations and prepare for the increases.
Following on from our previous EMA note, the Fair Work Commission has now issued draft determinations for increased minimum rates of pay and expense-related allowances to modern awards. These draft determinations can be viewed on the Fair Work Commission’s website here.
We will update our clients once the determinations are finalised and the modern awards have been updated.
