Dear Clients,
With mixed emotions we would like to announce the retirement of one of our founding Directors and Principal Consultants, Rod Reid.
Rod started EMA Consulting back in 1997, together with Shayne Bakewell and with support from both families created the business we are all proud to be a part of today. Rod’s passion for providing advice and support to clients for over 25 years has built strong relationships with countless clients, many of whom have been loyal clients throughout his entire career.
A highly respected and experienced advocate in the industry, Rod has been a driving force behind the delivery of quality IR advice. Clients trust his experience and his focus on delivering beyond client needs, and Rod has mentored numerous other Consultants on how to really care for a client. Deciding to retire wasn’t an easy decision for Rod, and one that many thought would never occur, he has always loved what he does, evident by his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the business, outweighed only recently by the want to spend more time with his grandchildren and the desire to travel and spend time with his wife Christine, who has also been involved with EMA Consulting since its beginning.
A significant loss to the business, however one that we have been planning for to ensure we provide our clients ongoing continuity and high standard of service. Our very experienced consulting team lead by our Principals Shayne, Ashleigh, Richard and Chris will be available to continue the personal service our clients have become accustomed to.
Our team is sad to say farewell to Rod, but we wish him and Christine all the best for the next stage of their lives. Rod’s last workday will be the 16th December.
