About this course

The introduction of The Treasury Laws Amendment (Enhancing Whistleblower Protections Act) 2019 made various changes to whistleblowing laws for companies and corporations. This course provides participants with an overview of the effect of these changes and in doing so enables participants to understand the interaction of whistleblower legislation and industrial relations.

On completing this course, learners will understand:

  • the organisational benefits from implementing a transparent whistleblowing process.

  • what whistleblowing is and the kinds of disclosures that are protected.
